A new RING for Damon?

TVD friends, have you remarked the new ring that Damon is wearing in his right hand? Have a look at this Zoom we have done to cover page of TV Guide magazine, promoting Comic-Con 2014. 

As you can see, Damon is wearing a NEW RING, and in the RIGHT hand instead of the left one. Usually these people care about all the details for official photographies, so we are probably in face of a CLUE! 

But, what does it mean? is it probably a ring that allows a human Damon not to get older (as it happened to Katerina Petrova in the past)? We don't know, but we are sure that this ring has a meaning to be there, and to appear so clearly in an official photo. We will continue investigating and especulating about this, and of course keeping you informed about all the details!

More spoilers expected for 26th July at Comic-Con

Yes, TVD fandom. Last news we have is that our beloved TVD actors (Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Kat Graham) and TVD Executive Producer (Julie Plec) will attend Comic-Con on 26th July, where they will talk about new season of our favourite show.

It will take place from 4:00 to 4:45 pm in San Diego, USA.

There are also rumours that the first promo for episode 6x01 will be also launched by those dates. We are waiting for this!!!

TV Guide magazine cover page has a special reference to Comic-Con. If you look at this carefully, you will see Damon is still covered by the white fog, and touching Elena's hair with his hand. Elena's hand is trying to touch Damon but they don't touch yet! 

We can also sense a kind of smile in Damon's face, whereas Elena and Stephan are more serius. Can it by a kind of clue?

Many interpretations can be done from this image, and we will be here to continue giving you our opinion and speculations!

Tribute to Damon and Elena

While waiting for the new season of The Vampire Diaries to start, and before facing the emotional roller coaster mentioned by Jeffrey Hunt (TVD director), we want to make a little tribute to Damon and Elena's love story. A tribute because no other love story touched our soul like this one, and no other made us feel this way.

Delena is not the ordinary love at first sight story we are used to see on TV series or movies, where the characters fall in love at the beginning and everybody knows they are predestined to be together. No, Delena is a REAL love story, where the feelings arise bit by bit, day by day. A long and EPIC journey where we see them going from hate to friendship and from friendship to love. These are the best love stories, because they make us being fully immersed in the story, making us wanting more and more every day. 

Another fact that makes Delena being unique is the inimitable Damon Salvatore character, played masterfully by the charismatic Ian Somerhalder. Damon is not the typical prince of charming. In fact, at the beginning of the series, he is the main villain. We are tired of the typical cliche "the good boy always remain with the girl". Bad boys deserve a happy ending too. And in fact Damon is not really bad. He is a character that the only thing he has ever wanted in life is to be loved. Love has always guided his movements. When everybody takes him for a lost cause, Elena is the only one that sees the good inside of him. As Kevin Williamson said: "Elena is the one who helped Damon find his home, and his home is Elena". Can be anything be more romantic than this?

Love story itself starts at the Miss Mystic Falls dance. Elena goes downstairs, Stephan is missing in action, Damon takes his place and we almost have a heart attack! It's difficult to describe the magic of this scene in words. Then, they start dancing and everyone disappears, there are only the two of them. Elena is suspicious at first but when Damon smiles at her she let herself go. And the most important part, she experiences the intimacy of the near touch mentioned by Tyler's mother. In a few words, the way they look each other is more erotic than many sex scenes in other shows. This is the power of DELENA.

And like that one, the rest of Delena scenes are mythical. The creators of the series always choose a perfect song that fits perfectly with the plot and remains in our memory. We never get tired and could be seeing them all over again, thousand times. Who can forget the moment when Damon confesses to Elena, erasing her memory right afterwards; the so awaited kiss in the motel; their first real meeting; the way Damon teaches Elena to be a vampire; the erotic dirty dance; when they finally had sex (despite we don't  like Carolyne in the middle of them); the post break sex scene; etc. All of them are perfect and it's difficult to say which one would be the best one for us.

But the true merit is that creators of TVD have managed to make loyal viewers don't loss interest. The last episode 5x22 is among our favourite ones, if not the best. In that episode, we could finally hear what we had been expecting for a long time: they want to be together, forever, this is the only future that they see. And in order to be together they are even ready to die. Although the best part of the episode is the Goodbye speech from Damon to Elena. This speech is the best declaration of pure and true love that a man can give to a woman. It left us breathless! This episode is all we were expecting and yes, we have to admit it, we wanted Damon to die, but only to change roles whith Elena. Now it is Elena's turn to suffer and fight for him. 

As the expression says "absense makes the heart grow fonder". This is what we are expecting  now. The reunion of Damon  Salvatore and Elena Gilbert in season 6 will be THE BEST SCENE OF TVD. How will it be? What song will they use? we don't know but one thing is for sure: thanks to the crew of TVD we know that it will be perfect.

TVD won Best Ever TV Awards 2014 in several categories

Julie Plec (TVD Executive producer), after being informed about the results, commented yesterday on twitter: "TVD fans have been voting like crazy! You guys are killing it!". And she has also posted today about this: "P.S. Thanks to all who voted. Awards and accolades keep our show thriving and surviving. Six years. Wow. Much love to all".

Will Elena die in Season 6?

Recently some speculations are circulating, mentioning a possible death of Elena in Season 6 to help Damon to come back from wherever he is. What do you think about?

Although from our opinion this would be very romantic from Elena, we do not think it will happen. As Julie Plec (TVD Executive Producer) mentioned some weeks ago, the other side has disappeared and from now on, when someone dies, his/her death will be definitive. 

However, everything is possible in this show, so we will have to wait and see what finally happens... or wait for more spoilers! We will be looking for them and ready to share them with you!

TVD Season 6 is going to be EPIC!

Steven McQueen (Jeremy in The Vampire Diaries) has recently published in Twitter: "Just read the first two scripts of Season 6. TVD fans...be excited".

But he is not the only one: "Hangin' with Julie Plec talking season 6 TVD. Full on tears. Epically epic!" has been also tweeted by Kevin Williamson, writer and friend of Julie Plec.

And Jeffrey Hunt, TVD Director, also published: "#TVD fans episode 601 is going to take you on a emotional roller coaster you may not be ready for...suggest you start preparing now".

Wow, those are MAJOR WORDS. Can not wait to see 6x01! and you? TVD friends, get prepared because we are going to love Season 6!

TVD Season 6 starts being prepared today

According to Julie Plec last tweet, today is "day one of preparation for #TVDS6. A fact that makes me happier than you could imagine. This season is going to be amazing." 

Does it mean they start filming today? everything points out that YES. Some TVD actors and writers have already made comments about how amazing and touching season 6 start will be, they have already seen the scripts, so everything indicates that now they will start filming today.

So be prepared, TVD fans, because we will start having spoilers more often from today. And we will be here to comment them and to speculate about them!
